We never sell your data

Information you share with RevCatch is used to respond to you and deliver the services you requested — never sold or rented.

Encrypted in transit and at rest

Our site and backend run over HTTPS, and submitted records are stored in an access-controlled managed database.

Only what we need

We collect the details required to schedule a conversation and operate your review and revenue capture system.

1. Who we are

RevCatch Systems ("RevCatch," "we," "us") is based in the New York metro area and installs revenue recovery and review capture systems for service businesses. This policy is maintained by RevCatch Systems and explains how we handle information collected through revcatchsystems.com and the systems we operate on behalf of our clients.

This page is app-owner maintained content, not an independent certification or audit result.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

  • Information you give us. When you submit a demo request or contact form, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, industry, and any message you include. If you book a meeting, our scheduling provider collects the details you enter on its booking page.
  • Information from our services. When we operate a review capture or communication system for a client, the system may process customer contact details, review invitations, NFC tap events, and message logs on that client's behalf.
  • Technical information. Standard web request data such as browser type, device type, approximate region, and pages viewed, used to keep the site working and secure.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we do not request sensitive categories of personal data such as government ID numbers, health records, or payment card data through this website.

3. How we use information

  • Respond to demo requests and schedule conversations.
  • Deliver, configure, and support the systems a client has purchased.
  • Send transactional messages such as confirmations and follow-ups you asked for.
  • Improve site performance, security, and the clarity of our offerings.
  • Meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.

4. Service providers and sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only to the extent needed to perform their function:

  • Our managed cloud hosting and database provider, which stores form submissions.
  • Our scheduling provider, which powers meeting booking.
  • Our email delivery provider, which sends confirmations and team notifications.
  • Messaging providers used to deliver SMS or notification alerts where enabled.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights and safety of RevCatch, our clients, or the public.

5. Data retention

We keep demo requests and related correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business and legal record-keeping needs, then delete or anonymize them. Client system data is retained for the life of the engagement and removed on request after it ends. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

6. How we protect information

  • All traffic to and from this site is served over HTTPS.
  • Form submissions are validated on the server before anything is stored.
  • Records live in a managed database with row-level access controls; the public site has no read access to submitted leads.
  • Administrative credentials are stored as server-side secrets, never in browser code.
  • Access to stored information is limited to personnel who need it to do their work.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law. We honor these requests regardless of where you are located.

To make a request, email Patrick@revcatchsystems.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

8. Cookies and tracking

This site uses only the storage necessary to load pages and keep the site functioning. Third-party tools we embed, such as the scheduling widget, may set their own cookies when you interact with them, governed by their own privacy policies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.

10. Contact us

Questions, requests, or concerns about privacy or security can be sent to Patrick@revcatchsystems.com. We aim to respond within five business days.
